🔍 Why You Can't Find the Plugin in WordPress

The Search Atlas WordPress Sync Plugin may not appear in the WordPress.org plugin directory at certain times. This is a known, temporary situation. If you search for Search Atlas inside your WordPress dashboard under Plugins → Add New and see no results, do not worry — you can install the plugin manually using a ZIP file provided directly by the Search Atlas support team.

📥 Step 1: Get the Plugin ZIP File

Because the plugin may not be listed in the public WordPress directory, you will need to obtain the latest plugin ZIP file directly from the Search Atlas team. Contact our support team using the chat widget in the bottom-right corner of the platform and request the current manual download link for the WordPress Sync Plugin. A teammate will provide you with the correct, up-to-date file.

Once you have the ZIP file saved to your computer, do not unzip or extract it — WordPress requires the compressed ZIP format for manual installation.

⚙️ Step 2: Upload the Plugin to WordPress

If you see an error during the ZIP upload, it is usually caused by one of the following:

  • File size limit: Your hosting provider may restrict upload size. Contact your host or increase the upload_max_filesize value in your PHP configuration.
  • Permissions issue: Ensure your WordPress user account has administrator-level permissions.
  • Corrupted file: Re-download the ZIP file from the link provided by the support team and try again.
