When you share a Google Business Profile (GBP) connection link with a client, they see a branded connection page. By default, this page may display your personal account name. You can request to have this changed to your agency or business name so clients see a professional, on-brand experience when granting access.

How to Get Your Display Name Updated

Log in to your Search Atlas account.

Explore your account or workspace settings area to see if a display name or business name field is available for your plan.

If you cannot locate the setting, or if the field appears unavailable, contact our support team using the chat widget in the bottom-right corner of the platform.

When reaching out, have the following ready:
- The business or agency name you want displayed on the connection page.
- Your Search Atlas account email or workspace name.
- A sample GBP connection link, if you have already generated one.
