- GBP suspensions or flags can result from a wide range of factors, including guideline violations, listing quality issues, or Google's own internal review processes — none of which are controlled by Search Atlas.

Search Atlas subscriptions are governed by our Terms of Service, which you agreed to at sign-up. Key points regarding refunds include:
- Refunds are not issued for SEO performance outcomes. SEO results depend on many variables — including your website's existing health, content quality, competition, and Google's ever-changing algorithm — that are outside of Search Atlas's control.
- Damage claims attributable to Search Atlas require documented evidence that a specific platform action directly caused a verifiable, measurable harm. General ranking drops or GBP issues do not qualify as platform-caused damage.
- Subscription fees already billed are generally non-refundable once the billing period has begun, in accordance with our Terms of Service.
