- Start from the main platform view. After logging in to Search Atlas, make sure you are on the home dashboard rather than inside a specific tool. The Atlas Agent, accessed from the left sidebar → Home (Ask Atlas Ag / Agent Hub), is a quick-launch shortcut and may not expose every feature, including Playbooks, directly from that menu.
- Navigate to Playbooks from the Home dashboard. From the Home page (Hi, CSM. What will we get done today?), locate and select Recommended Playbooks.
- Open Recommended Playbooks. Click it to open the Playbooks library where you can view, create, or edit playbook workflows.
- If you do not see Playbooks listed at all, this may indicate the feature is not yet enabled on your account tier, or it is pending rollout. Note your current plan and contact support using the method below so the team can confirm availability for your account.

You will know you have reached the correct location when you see a screen that displays a list or grid of Playbooks, with options to create a new playbook or open an existing one.
