Overview
If you need to add more website slots to your account — or if you're hitting the limits of your current plan — this article explains how the process works and what to do if a billing display issue prevents you from completing the upgrade on your own.
When the Billing UI Shows the Wrong Site Count
In some cases, the billing interface may display an incorrect number of sites on your account. For example, it might show a higher number than you actually have, which can block you from selecting the right add-on quantity. If you encounter this:
- Do not attempt to override the displayed number or purchase based on incorrect figures.
- Note the discrepancy — record what the UI shows versus your actual site count.
- Contact our support team. Our team can verify your true site count on the backend and complete the upgrade manually on your behalf.
Adding Extra Website Slots to Your Current Plan
Adding website slots is handled by our support team on the backend. If you need to increase your website quota, please reach out with the following information ready:
- Your account email or username.
- The number of additional website slots you need.
- A note of what your billing page currently displays, if it appears incorrect.
Our team will coordinate the quota change directly and confirm once it is reflected on your account.
Upgrading to an Enterprise Plan
If you manage a large number of websites, an Enterprise plan may offer better pricing and higher limits than purchasing individual add-ons. Enterprise upgrades are processed by our team and are not completable through the self-serve billing UI. To get started, have the following details ready:
- Your account email or username.
- The number of websites you need to support.
- Any urgency or timeline requirements.
Our team will review your request, confirm pricing and plan details with you, and apply the appropriate website quota to your account on the backend. You will receive confirmation once the upgrade is complete and can then verify your new quota in your account settings.
Confirming Your Upgrade
After any quota change or plan upgrade, log back in to your account and review your current site allocation to confirm the new limits are in place. If the numbers still look incorrect after our team has made changes, reach out so we can investigate further.
