When Does the AI Generation Quota Reset?
Your AI generation quota resets on a monthly basis, aligned to your billing cycle. The exact reset date is tied to the date your subscription originally started or renewed. For example, if your billing cycle begins on the 5th of the month, your AI generation quota will also reset on the 5th of each month.
How to Check Your Remaining Quota
To view your current AI generation usage and your next reset date, log in to your Search Atlas account and navigate to the top-right avatar (Account Menu) → Billing → Plans & Top-ups. Look for a usage or quota section, which displays your remaining credits and the upcoming reset date for the current billing period.
If the information is not visible there, you can also check your billing or plan details page within the platform, as quota information is typically surfaced alongside your current plan tier and renewal date.
What to Do If You Cannot Find Your Quota Details
If you are unable to locate your quota status in the platform, please have the following ready before reaching out to our support team:
- Your account email address
- Your current plan or subscription tier
- The specific information you need (e.g., reset date, remaining credits, or credit allocation per plan)

What Happens When You Run Out of Credits?
If you reach your monthly AI generation limit before your quota resets, AI-powered features may become unavailable or restricted until the next reset date. If you believe your quota was exhausted earlier than expected, please escalate to our support team with your account email and a description of which actions you performed, so the team can investigate your usage history.
