📋 What You'll Need Before You Start
Before generating content, make sure you have two things ready: a content brief with your target keyword, headings, and outline already generated, and a Brand Vault that has been fully saved and published in your account. Both must be set up in the same workspace or project as the document you are editing.
🚀 How to Generate Content from Your Brief
- In the left sidebar, navigate to Content → AI Content Templates and open the article you want to work on.
- Locate the Content Brief panel and confirm your target keyword, headings, and outline are visible. If the panel is empty, regenerate the brief before continuing.
- Inside the editor settings, open the Brand Vault dropdown and select the Brand Vault you want to apply. This ensures your tone, style, and brand details are used during generation.
- Click Write with AI and choose the option to generate from your brief. The output will follow your outline structure and incorporate your target terms.
🔧 Troubleshooting: Why It Might Not Be Working
- Brand Vault not fully saved — If your Brand Vault is still processing or was never fully published, it will not apply to generation. Reopen it, confirm it displays as active and saved, then retry.
- Brand Vault not connected to the editor — Uploading a Brand Vault to your account does not automatically apply it to a document. You must explicitly select it from the Brand Vault dropdown inside the editor each time before generating.
- Brief panel is empty — If no brief is attached to the document, the AI has no outline to follow. Regenerate the content brief first, then attempt generation again.
- Wrong project or workspace — Your Brand Vault must belong to the same workspace or project as the document you are editing. Check that both are aligned before generating.
- Generation appears stuck — If the generation does not progress or seems frozen, refresh the page and retry the process from step 3.
