The Search Atlas Starter plan is the entry-level subscription designed for individuals and small teams getting started with SEO. This article walks you through how to sign up, reactivate, or confirm your current plan status.
📋 Before You Begin
- You need an active Search Atlas account. If you don't have one, create a free account at searchatlas.com before proceeding.
- Have your billing information ready (credit or debit card).
- Make sure you are logged in to your account.
💳 How to Subscribe to the Starter Plan
- Log in to your Search Atlas account.
- Click your avatar in the top-right corner of the platform to open the Account Menu.
- Select Billing or navigate directly to your subscription settings.
- Review the available plans and locate the Starter plan.
- Click Select Plan or Get Started on the Starter plan card.
- Enter your billing details and confirm your payment method.
- Click Subscribe to activate your Starter plan immediately.
Once your payment is processed, your account will be upgraded to the Starter plan instantly and you will have full access to all features included in that tier.
🔄 How to Reactivate the Starter Plan
If you previously held a Starter plan subscription and it was cancelled or lapsed, you can reactivate it by following the same steps above. Your account history and any saved data will be retained.
- Log in to your Search Atlas account.
- Click your avatar in the top-right corner to open the Account Menu.
- Navigate to your Billing settings.
- Select the Starter plan and click Reactivate or Subscribe.
- Confirm your billing details and complete the payment.
Your Starter plan access will be restored as soon as the subscription is confirmed.
🔍 How to Check Your Current Plan Status
Not sure which plan you are currently on? Here is how to verify your account status:
- Click your avatar in the top-right corner of the platform.
- Open the Account Menu and go to Billing or Subscription.
- Your current active plan will be displayed at the top of the billing page, along with your next renewal date and payment details.
If your plan shows as Inactive, Cancelled, or Free, follow the subscription steps above to activate the Starter plan.
⚠️ Common Issues
- Payment declined: Double-check your card details and ensure your billing address matches your card's records. Try a different payment method if the issue persists.
- Plan not updating: Refresh your browser after completing payment. Allow up to a few minutes for the system to reflect your new plan status.
- Cannot find the Starter plan option: Ensure you are logged in to the correct account. If you manage multiple accounts, confirm you are in the right workspace.
