1. In the left sidebar, click OTTO SEO.
2. Go to OTTO SEO → Overview or OTTO SEO → Page Explorer to locate the target page.
3. Open the page's OTTO task panel and find the Heading Optimization task.
4. Review the injected headings, their levels, and their current deployment status directly in the task panel.

↩️ How to Roll Back or Add Headings Manually

If you want to remove the injected headings, adjust the heading structure, or add headings manually, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to OTTO SEO → Page Explorer and open the relevant page.
2. Locate the Heading Optimization task in the OTTO task panel.
3. To remove all injected headings, click the Undo or rollback option next to the task. The hidden module will be fully removed from the page source on the next sync.
4. To add or edit individual headings, use the task panel's heading editor to set the heading level, text content, and order before redeploying.
5. Click Deploy (or Save & Deploy) to push your updated heading configuration to the live page.

Rolling back a Heading Optimization task does not affect any other OTTO tasks running on the same page.
