🔍 Overview

If you were charged during or after your trial period and are unsure why, or if you believe you may have a duplicate account, this article explains what to check and how to get help.

💡 Trial Credits

Review your account’s billing history and subscription details to check whether trial credits were applied when you upgraded. Compare the credit and charge amounts with the invoice or billing record. If the charge does not match your expectation, have the relevant account and charge details ready so the billing team can review them.

📊 Disputed Charges

If you believe a charge is incorrect, review the charge amount, date, invoice, and account information in your billing records. Compare these details with your subscription and upgrade history. If the charge still appears incorrect, provide those details for review.

👥 How to Check for Duplicate Accounts

Compare the account information and subscription details for each account you use. Check whether different email addresses are associated with separate subscriptions or charges. If you find an account that appears to be separate or cannot identify which account is associated with the charge, provide the email addresses, charge details, and other account information used so the team can check for duplicates.
