🧾 Where to find your invoices
Sign in to Search Atlas and open the account menu from your avatar in the top-right corner. Select Billing, then open the Invoices tab.
Review the available records for your August Event payments. Download or share the invoice files shown there with your accounts department.
🔎 If August invoices are missing
Receipts and invoices are different documents. A receipt confirms that a payment was completed, while an invoice provides the billing document your accounts department may require.
- Open Account menu → Billing → Invoices.
- Check the full August date range and any available invoice records.
- Search for the invoice numbers your team expects, such as 0001 and 0002.
- Also review the Activity Log under Account menu → Billing to confirm the related payment activity.
📋 What to include in a request
If the invoices are still unavailable, have the following details ready so the issue can be reviewed efficiently:
- Your Search Atlas account or workspace name
- The payment dates and amounts
- The expected invoice numbers, such as 0001 and 0002
- Copies of the available receipts, if applicable
- A screenshot of the Billing → Invoices tab showing the missing records
💬 Get help with missing invoices
If an August invoice does not appear in the Invoices tab, or the available receipt is not acceptable for your accounts department, open the chat widget in the bottom-right corner of the platform and type human teammate to be connected with a member of our team.
