🤔 Why Is There No Data for Grok or Copilot?
If you recently upgraded your plan to access AI Visibility (formerly LLM Visibility) data for platforms like Grok or Microsoft Copilot, it is expected that those platforms may show no results yet — this is not a bug.
Upgrading your plan unlocks access to newly supported LLM platforms, but it does not generate historical data retroactively. Search Atlas begins collecting visibility data for a platform from the point it becomes active in our system. Because these platforms were added recently, the data collection window is short and results are still accumulating.
⏳ When Will Data Start Appearing?
Data for newly added LLM platforms typically begins populating within a few business days of a platform going live. Results will grow over time as Search Atlas continues querying those platforms on your behalf. Refreshing the page or re-saving your project will not speed up this process — data is collected on a scheduled background cycle.

- Visible results — typically appear within a few business days and grow incrementally from there.
🔎 How to Check Your AI Visibility Data
Once data starts populating, you can view it by navigating to Left sidebar → Authority → QUEST AI Visibility (formerly LLM Visibility). From this screen you will see all supported LLM platforms and their visibility metrics for your tracked keywords.
- Go to Left sidebar → Authority → QUEST AI Visibility (formerly LLM Visibility).
- Review the list of LLM platforms displayed on the screen.
- Select a platform such as Grok or Copilot to view its data.
- If the platform appears in the list but shows no results, data collection is still in its early phase — check back in a few business days.
✅ Confirming Your Plan Includes These Platforms
Not all Search Atlas plans include every LLM platform. Before troubleshooting further, verify that your subscription covers the specific platforms you want to track.
- If a platform is visible at Left sidebar → Authority → QUEST AI Visibility (formerly LLM Visibility) but shows no data yet, your plan includes it and collection has already started.
- If a platform is not listed at all, it may not be included in your current plan. Consider upgrading or contact support via the chat widget to confirm what is covered.
💡 Tips While You Wait
- Check back every few business days — results grow incrementally as collection cycles complete.
- Use LLM platforms that already have data to benchmark your current performance while newer platforms populate.
- Avoid repeatedly re-adding your project or toggling settings, as this will not accelerate data collection.
