If an error message appears when the platform attempts to generate alt text for your images, try the following general troubleshooting steps before escalating:
- Note the exact wording of the error message you are seeing — this will be important if you need to contact support.
- Refresh your browser and navigate back to the AI alt text feature.
- Confirm you are connected to the internet and that your session has not timed out.
- Clear your browser cache, then reload the platform.
- Try a different browser (Chrome or Edge recommended) to rule out a browser-specific conflict.
- If the error persists across multiple images or multiple attempts, wait a few minutes and try again, as the issue may be temporary.
