OTTO is designed to continuously monitor your site and surface the most relevant optimisations at any given time. Here is what happens during each weekly cycle:
- OTTO crawls your connected site and collects fresh on-page, technical, and content data.
- A new set of recommendations is generated based on the updated data.
- The previous recommendation list is replaced with the new one.
- Any optimisations you had already applied are retained on your site but are no longer shown as pending recommendations.
This cycle ensures you are always working from the most current SEO intelligence rather than acting on outdated suggestions.

It is important to understand that OTTO does not undo or remove changes you have already deployed to your site. When you accept and apply a recommendation, that change goes live and stays live. The disappearance you noticed is the recommendation card being removed from the OTTO interface — not the underlying SEO change being reversed.
