Search Atlas can help you request removal of information associated with your account. This may include projects, site data, reports, keywords, local data, saved settings, and other account information.
Data removal may be permanent and could affect access to your account, projects, historical reports, and connected services. Review and download anything you need before submitting a request.
📋 Submit a Removal Request
- Sign in to the Search Atlas platform.
- Open the chat widget in the bottom-right corner.
- Type human teammate to connect with a member of our team.
- State that you want all information associated with your account removed.
- Provide any details needed to identify the correct account, such as the account name or workspace name.
Our team will review the request, confirm the scope of removal, and explain any required verification steps before proceeding.
⚠️ Before You Request Deletion
- Export or save reports and other information you may need later.
- Confirm that all account owners and authorized users agree with the request.
- Disconnect or review connected services if you no longer want Search Atlas to access them.
- Understand that deleted information may not be recoverable.
