💳 Upgrade your subscription

Upgrading your plan or purchasing additional OTTO site seats increases the number of projects you can add. After payment is completed, billing systems provision your OTTO quota and related benefits, such as HDC and OTTO AI suggestions.

  1. Open your account’s billing or subscription area.
  2. Select the plan or OTTO site-seat add-on you need.
  3. Complete checkout and return to the platform.
  4. Open OTTO SEO from the left sidebar, or go directly to /seo-automation-v3.
  5. Confirm that your available site quota has updated before creating another project.

🚧 Fix upgrade or quota errors

If an upgrade sends you to an error page, sign out and back in, then check your plan and quota again. Billing updates are normally delivered automatically, but a synchronization delay can temporarily show an incorrect Quota Exhausted message even when your plan or dashboard shows available seats.

  • Verify that the payment or add-on purchase is complete.
  • Refresh the OTTO SEO page and check your available site count.
  • Wait briefly, then try creating the project again.
  • Do not purchase the add-on repeatedly while the status is synchronizing.

If the error continues after the purchase is confirmed, include the affected site, your plan, the exact error message, and the approximate purchase time when contacting support.

🛠️ Install OTTO on a site

After your quota is available, open OTTO SEO from the left sidebar. Select or create the project for your site, then choose the supported installation method that matches your setup:

  • WordPress: install and configure the OTTO WordPress plugin.
  • Cloudflare: deploy the OTTO Cloudflare Worker.
  • Other CMS platforms: use the available CMS integration or embed instructions.

Complete the installation steps shown for your selected method, then return to OTTO SEO to confirm the site is connected.

👥 Give someone access to one site

To let a teammate view only one site, invite them from the site or project’s access and permissions controls rather than granting account-wide access. Select the specific site, enter the person’s user details, and choose the most limited role available, such as Viewer or Read-only.

Before sending the invitation, confirm that no additional sites or administrator permissions are selected. The recipient should then be able to view the permitted site without managing your subscription, users, or other projects.

Site performance data is available under Site Metrics in the left sidebar. Use Overview, Keywords, Pages, or Site Events to review the connected site.

📊 Check site data and connections

Open Site Metrics from the left sidebar, or use /site-explorer/list. From there, select the relevant site and review its available metrics. If a site is missing, confirm that it was added to the correct project and that OTTO installation has been completed.
