🔍 What Are Hyperdrives?
Hyperdrives are credits within Search Atlas used to power certain AI-driven tools and workflows across the platform. They help you get more done faster by automating key SEO tasks.
📢 Important Change: Old Onboarding Package No Longer Available
Search Atlas previously offered an onboarding package that included 20 complimentary Hyperdrive credits. This onboarding package has been discontinued and is no longer available to new or existing customers. We are unable to honour requests for the 20 Hyperdrives that were part of the legacy onboarding offer.
We understand this may be unexpected if you were referred to that offer or saw it mentioned somewhere. We apologise for any confusion and are committed to making sure our current benefits are clearly communicated.
🚀 What Onboarding Support Is Available Now?
While the legacy onboarding bundle is no longer offered, Search Atlas provides several resources to help you get started and make the most of the platform:
- Training Calls: Access recorded onboarding and training sessions directly from your account. Navigate to the top-right corner (avatar) → Team Members and select Explore Training Calls to get started.
- In-platform guided tours: Step-by-step walkthroughs are available throughout the platform to help you learn each tool as you use it.
- Knowledge Base: Our Help Centre contains detailed articles covering every feature and workflow.
💳 How to Check Your Current Hyperdrive Balance
You can review your current credit balance and available plan features at any time:
- Click your avatar in the top-right corner of the platform.
- Select Billing.
- Open the Plans & Top-ups tab to view your current plan, included credits, and top-up options.
➕ How to Get More Hyperdrive Credits
If you need additional Hyperdrive credits, you can top up or upgrade your plan at any time:
- Click your avatar in the top-right corner.
- Go to Billing → Plans & Top-ups.
- Click Manage Subscription to explore upgrade options, or select a top-up package that suits your needs.
- Click Add Payment Method if you need to update your billing details before completing a purchase.
🎟️ Do You Have a Promo Code?
If you have received a valid promotional code from Search Atlas, you can redeem it directly within your account:
- Click your avatar in the top-right corner.
- Go to Billing → Services tab (or the Invoices or Activity Log tab — the option is available across all three).
- Click Redeem Promo Code and enter your code.
Note: Only currently active and valid promotional codes can be redeemed. Legacy offers or codes associated with the discontinued onboarding package are no longer accepted.
