🔍 Find Community Edition in your account
To access the Community Edition plan, log in to your Search Atlas account. Once logged in, click on your account avatar or profile icon in the top-right corner of the platform, then select Billing or Plans from the dropdown menu.
- Under the Plans section, look for Community Edition listed among the available plan options.
- If you see it, click on it to begin the activation or selection process and follow any on-screen prompts to confirm.
⚙️ If Community Edition is not visible
Community Edition availability depends on your account type and eligibility. If the plan does not appear in your plan options, do not attempt to create a duplicate subscription or redeem an unrelated promotion code. Instead, take the following steps:
- Confirm you are signed into the correct Search Atlas account (the one associated with your intended subscription).
- Check that your account is not already on an active plan that would hide or replace the Community Edition option.
- If you have recently signed up or received an invitation link for Community Edition, make sure you used that specific link to register — accessing Community Edition through a direct invite or promotional link is sometimes required for it to appear.
👥 Add teammates after activating Community Edition
Once Community Edition is active on your account, you can give other users access by going to your account settings and locating the Team or Members section. From there, enter your teammates' email addresses to invite them. Note that the number of seats available may be limited by your plan tier.
