If no retry option appears, do not submit repeated payments. The payment may still be processing, or the invoice may require a billing-system update.
📊 When your quota refreshes
After a successful invoice payment, your subscription and quota records should update after payment processing and system synchronization are complete.
In some cases, payment can succeed while the subscription or quota display remains temporarily out of date. Refresh the page, sign out and back in, and check your plan and quota again after a short wait.
🧭 If access or quota is still incorrect
- Verify the invoice shows a successful payment.
- Confirm you are viewing the correct workspace and account.
- Refresh the page and check your plan and quota again.
- Avoid making another payment if the invoice already shows as paid.
If the payment is successful but your quota or access has not updated, the payment event may need to be synchronized with your subscription record. Before contacting support, have the invoice number, workspace name, account details, and the exact quota or access discrepancy ready. A team member may need to review and replay the payment event.
