How do I check whether my Local SEO Heatmap scans are running?
- Open your GBP Projects in Search Atlas.
- Go to LOCAL SEO TOOLS → Local SEO Heatmaps.
- Open the project or heatmap and review the scan status and scan history.
A scan that shows as pending is not necessarily stuck — scans process in order and may take time. If a scan has not progressed for an extended period, contact us via live chat with the project name and the scan date.
How do I check my GBP posting jobs?
- Open GBP Galactic → Posts.
- Select the Google Business Profile you want to check.
- Review the Automated Posting status and settings.
If your account requires approval before publishing, pending posts appear under My Tasks and must be approved there before they go out.
A job looks stuck or failed
Note the project name, the job type, and the date it started, then contact us via live chat. Please do not re-trigger the same job repeatedly — that can create duplicate work.
