🔍 What the error means
The Site Analysis lead capture widget supports authenticated visitors. However, unauthenticated visitors using a white-label domain may be redirected to an Invitation required screen and be unable to submit the form.
⚠️ Why this happens
This is a known platform issue tracked as WL-476. It is not caused by your widget settings, lead form content, or white-label domain configuration.
✅ What you can check
- Confirm the visitor is using the correct white-label domain.
- Test the widget while signed in to verify that authenticated visitors can use it.
- Check the related project under Reports in the left sidebar.
🚫 What you cannot change
There is currently no documented customer-side configuration fix for unauthenticated visitors who see this invitation screen. Avoid repeatedly recreating the widget or changing invitation settings, as these actions will not resolve the platform issue.
