📄 What the Contact page includes
Website Studio is designed to generate a Contact page with a ContactHero, ContactForm, Map, and Hours section. The page may take time to finish building, especially during multipage generation.
⚠️ Why the page may look incorrect
Occasionally, a Contact page can remain in the building state or finish with missing or incorrectly placed contact elements. This is a known Website Studio issue and does not necessarily mean the project was configured incorrectly.
Search Atlas branding may also appear on white-label contact forms while the related improvement is still in development.
🔍 Check the page and project
- Open Website Studio from the left sidebar.
- Open the affected project and review the generated Contact page.
- Check whether the ContactHero, ContactForm, Map, and Hours sections are present and correctly arranged.
- Allow the build to finish before making changes or starting another generation attempt.
🔄 Retry or edit the result
If the build completes but the page is incomplete, review the page in Website Studio and retry the page creation if that option is available. If you need to add a contact form to an existing Contact page, use the add a contact form option. This edits the existing page rather than creating a new one.
Use add a contact page only when you want Website Studio to create a new Contact page.
📝 Prepare details for a report
If the issue continues, record the project ID, the page status, which elements are missing or incorrect, and whether the problem occurred during single-page or multipage generation. Screenshots can also help show the final layout.
