The Site Analysis lead capture widget supports authenticated visitors. However, unauthenticated visitors using a white-label domain may be redirected to an **Invitation required** screen and be unable to submit the form.

## **⚠️ Why this happens**

This is a known platform issue tracked as **WL-476**. It is not caused by your widget settings, lead form content, or white-label domain configuration.

## **✅ What you can check**

1. Confirm the visitor is using the correct white-label domain.
2. Test the widget while signed in to verify that authenticated visitors can use it.
3. Check the related project under **Reports** in the left sidebar.

## **🚫 What you cannot change**

There is currently no documented customer-side configuration fix for unauthenticated visitors who see this invitation screen. Avoid repeatedly recreating the widget or changing invitation settings, as these actions will not resolve the platform issue.

Record the affected white-label URL, the visitor’s authentication status, and a screenshot of the message. This information helps our team investigate the issue and track the WL-476 resolution.
