🗓️ When Are Payouts Processed?
Payouts at Search Atlas follow a fixed schedule. Withdrawals are processed once per month, typically during the first five business days of each calendar month. This cycle covers all approved balances that have met the minimum release requirements by the end of the previous month.
For example, if your balance is approved and ready by January 31, your payout will be initiated during the first week of February. Exact transfer arrival times depend on your payment method and financial institution, but most transfers complete within 3–7 business days after processing begins.
✅ What Are the Release Requirements?
Before a withdrawal can be released, the following conditions must be met:
- Minimum balance threshold: Your account must have a minimum of $50 in approved, cleared earnings before a withdrawal can be initiated.
- Holding period: Earnings are subject to a 30-day holding period from the date they are credited to your account. This allows time to resolve any potential disputes or adjustments.
- Verified payment method: Your payout method (bank transfer, PayPal, or other supported options) must be fully verified and active in your account settings before a release can be triggered.
- Account standing: Your account must be in good standing with no open violations, disputes, or compliance holds.
If any of these conditions are not yet met, your balance will remain pending until the next processing cycle once the requirements are satisfied.
⏳ Why Is My Withdrawal Taking Longer Than Expected?
Delays can occasionally occur for the following reasons:
- Your payment method is unverified or recently changed. Updating payout details can trigger a short security review before the next release.
- Your balance did not clear before the monthly cutoff. Earnings credited after the cutoff date will roll into the following month's payout cycle.
- A compliance or fraud review is in progress. In rare cases, our finance team may place a temporary review hold. You will be notified directly if this applies to your account.
- Bank or intermediary delays. Once Search Atlas initiates the transfer, processing time is controlled by your bank or payment provider. International transfers may take longer.
If your withdrawal was scheduled in the current cycle and more than 10 business days have passed since the first of the month with no update, it is worth reaching out to confirm the status.
🔍 How to Check Your Withdrawal Status
- Log in to your Search Atlas account.
- Navigate to Account Settings and select Billing & Payouts.
- Under the Withdrawal History tab, you will see a list of all past and pending payouts with their current status.
- Status labels include Pending, Processing, Completed, and On Hold. If your withdrawal shows On Hold, a reason will be displayed alongside the entry.
