💡 How recurring charges work
Your recurring plan charge covers your base Search Atlas subscription. Add-ons and top-ups are generally billed as separate recurring items and may appear as separate rows in Billing.
Because these items can be listed separately, the total billed amount may differ from the price shown for your base plan alone.
🔍 Review charges over time
- Open the Billing section in your Search Atlas platform.
- Review the billing entries for each month, including the base plan and any separate add-on or top-up rows.
- Compare the plan and additional items across the dates you want to review. Check whether the total changed because of a plan price, a separate item, or both.
If your Starter plan amount appears to have increased, compare the Starter plan row itself across billing periods. Also check for add-on or top-up rows, which can affect the total without changing the base plan charge.
🧾 When an add-on is missing
In some cases, an add-on may not appear in the Billing view. This can happen if the subscription record or the connection between the billing item and its quota is out of date. A missing row does not necessarily mean the add-on was not active.
If the entries do not explain a charge or expected add-on, note the dates and amounts you reviewed and contact our team through the platform chat.
