💳 Where to Find Your Billing History

Search Atlas gives you two ways to review what has been charged to your account: the Invoices section and the Activity Log. Both are found inside your account settings.

  1. Click your profile icon or account menu in the top-right corner of the platform.
  2. Select Billing or Subscription from the dropdown.
  3. Open the Invoices tab to see a dated list of all charges, including one-time purchases and recurring subscription fees.
  4. Open the Activity Log tab to see a more granular breakdown of service usage and credit consumption during the current billing cycle.

Together, these two views give you a complete picture of how much has been spent this month and in previous months.

⚠️ Known Billing Display Issues

We are aware of two billing visibility issues that may affect some accounts:

  • Legacy invoices not showing: If you have been a Search Atlas customer for some time and notice older invoices are missing, this was a known issue that has been resolved. Your historical invoices should now appear correctly. If they are still missing, please contact support using the instructions at the bottom of this article.
  • Missing renewal entries: In some cases, subscription renewal charges may not appear in the Activity Log immediately. Our team is actively working on a fix. If a renewal charge is absent from your log but has appeared on your payment statement, rest assured the charge is legitimate and the display will be corrected.

If you are unsure about any specific charge, the Invoices tab is the most reliable place to confirm amounts.

📋 Understanding Support Tiers by Plan

The level of support you receive depends on your current Search Atlas plan. Here is a general overview:

  • Starter and Pro plans: Access to standard support via the in-platform live chat widget.
  • Agency plan: Includes priority support, which means faster response times and access to senior support staff. Priority support is available to Agency accounts that manage 25 or more connected client accounts. If your Agency account does not yet meet this threshold, standard support applies.

If you are unsure which plan you are on, go to your Billing settings and check the Subscription tab. Your current plan name and renewal date are displayed there.

🔍 How to Run or Schedule a Site Audit Recrawl

Site Audit allows you to crawl your website and identify technical SEO issues. You can trigger a recrawl manually or set up a scheduled recrawl so your data stays current automatically.

To run a manual recrawl:

  1. Go to Left sidebar → Site Metrics → Overview.
  2. Select the site you want to audit.
  3. Click the Recrawl or Run Audit button on the audit dashboard.
  4. The crawl will begin immediately and results will update once complete.

To set up a scheduled recrawl:

  1. Inside the Site Audit settings for your chosen site, locate the Recrawl Interval option.
  2. Choose your preferred frequency (for example, weekly or monthly).
  3. Save your settings.

Important: If no recrawl interval was previously set for your site audit, the system may have treated it as "never reprocess." This has been corrected in a recent update. We recommend checking your recrawl interval settings to make sure a schedule is active if you want automatic recrawls.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

  • How do I confirm exactly how much was charged this month? Go to Billing → Invoices. Each invoice shows the date, amount, and description of the charge. Cross-reference with the Activity Log for a usage breakdown.
  • Why does my invoice list look incomplete? Older invoices may have had a temporary display issue that has since been resolved. If invoices are still missing, contact support.
  • I am on an Agency plan but not getting priority support. Why? Priority support activates when your Agency account manages 25 or more connected client accounts. Check your account count in your Agency dashboard.
  • My site audit is not recrawling on schedule. What should I do? Verify that a recrawl interval is set in your Site Audit settings. If the interval was previously blank, it may have defaulted to no recrawl. Set your preferred interval and save.
