🔎 Where to find Atlas Agent top-ups
Atlas Agent credit purchases are listed in the Activity Log tab in Billing. They may not appear as a separate Atlas Agent category or as a dedicated top-up section.
🛠️ How to check your purchase history
- Open Billing in the Search Atlas platform.
- Select the Activity Log tab.
- Open the activity filter.
- Filter by the available purchase or top-up type.
- Review the filtered entries for your Atlas Agent credit purchase.
💡 If you cannot find the top-up
Confirm that you are viewing the correct account and that the purchase or top-up filter is applied. The Activity Log contains general billing activity, so the exact label may vary.
If the purchase still does not appear or your Atlas Agent balance has not updated, record the purchase details and review the Activity Log again after refreshing the page.
