🔍 What the registration prompt means

The White Label Site Analysis lead-capture widget is designed for public visitors to submit their details without signing in. If visitors see an Invitation required message or are prompted to register, the widget may be using an outdated version or an old session state.

✅ Confirm the widget type

  • Site Analysis widget: This is the White Label audit widget for collecting leads from website audits.
  • GBP Local Audit widget: This is the newer widget for local business profile audits. It is configured separately from the Site Analysis widget.

Make sure you are testing the widget intended for your campaign and that its embed code matches the widget configured in your Search Atlas account.

🧪 Test the widget as a visitor

  1. Open the published page containing the widget in a private or incognito browser window.
  2. Test it while signed out of Search Atlas.
  3. Enter a valid website or business profile, depending on the widget type.
  4. Confirm that the form accepts the submission without requesting an invitation or platform registration.

Testing in a normal browser session can show different results because you may already be authenticated.

🔄 Refresh the installation

  1. Remove the existing widget code from the page.
  2. Copy the current embed code from your White Label settings.
  3. Paste the code back into the page and publish the changes.
  4. Clear your site or CDN cache, if applicable.
  5. Repeat the test in a private browser window.

If your site uses a page builder, confirm that it has not altered or blocked the script during publishing.

📊 Check the related settings

Review your White Label configuration and confirm that the widget is enabled and connected to the correct agency or project. For Site Analysis reporting, you can review related projects from Reports in the left sidebar. For GBP Local Audit activity, open Local in the left sidebar and review the relevant project.

🚀 If the prompt continues

The Site Analysis widget had a known issue that could show an invitation requirement to unauthenticated visitors. That issue has been resolved. If the prompt still appears after refreshing the embed code, clearing caches, and testing while signed out, record the page URL, widget type, browser, and exact message shown.
