πŸ“£ Before you publish

Google Ads campaigns need a campaign and at least one ad group. Ads must be added to an ad group before you can continue to the final review and approval steps. Creating a group name alone may not create or add the ad group to your campaign.

🧭 Open Google Ads Campaign Hub

  1. In Search Atlas, go to Ads β†’ Launchpad in the left sidebar.
  2. Open Google Ads Campaign Hub.
  3. Open the campaign you are preparing, or start a new campaign.

πŸ› οΈ Add the missing ad group

  1. In the campaign setup, find the ad group section and choose the option to add or select an ad group.
  2. If you already created a group, select it from the available list and confirm it is attached to this campaign.
  3. If it is not listed, create the ad group from the campaign setup. Enter a name and complete any required targeting or setup fields.
  4. Add your prepared ads to the ad group. Check that each ad is saved and associated with the correct group.

If the campaign still asks you to add a group, return to the ad group section and confirm the group is selected or attachedβ€”not only named. Also check that all required fields are complete and the group has been saved.

βœ… Continue and approve

  1. Once the campaign contains an ad group and your ads are attached, select Continue.
  2. Review the campaign details, ad group, and ads on the final review screen.
  3. Select Approve to submit the campaign for publishing. Follow any on-screen prompts if additional information is required.

If Continue or Approve is unavailable, revisit the campaign setup and resolve any missing or incomplete required fields shown on the screen.
