Open your Search Atlas subscription or billing settings and follow the available cancellation instructions. Review any confirmation or billing status shown after completing the cancellation. If confirmation is missing, do not assume the cancellation was completed.

Have the following details ready: the account email or workspace name, the action you attempted, the approximate time it happened, your browser, and a screenshot of the spinning page if available. Do not share payment details or passwords.
