oogle Business Profile (GBP) Posts are updates that businesses can share directly on their profile. These appear in the Posts section on Google Search and Maps and can include text, images, and links to web pages.

Set Up Automated Posting

To configure Automated Posting:

✅ Select the project you want to post on
✅ From the left menu, click Posts
✅ Click the gear icon next to Automated Posting
✅ Toggle Enable/Disable Automated Posting
✅ Configure your settings:

  • Post Frequency: set a custom schedule or use OTTO’s recommendation

  • Start Date: choose when automated posting begins

  • Image Source:

    • AI-generate all images

    • Use your Media Library

    • Use Media Library first, then fall back to AI-generated images

  • AI Writing Tips: add tone or style preferences

  • Approval Process:

    • Post automatically

    • Ask before approval (appears in My Tasks)

    • Ask before approval only if AI-generated images are used

  • Publish Reviews as Posts: repurpose positive reviews into posts, with optional keyword filters

The Q&A section of a GBP lets customers ask questions publicly. Engaging here builds trust, improves customer experience, and boosts local SEO visibility.

With OTTO, you can track, generate, and respond to Q&As using AI or custom input.

To create Q&As:
✅ Navigate to GBP Galactic > GBP Projects
✅ Select your project
✅ From the left menu, click Q&As
✅ Click + Generate Q&As
✅ Select your business from the dropdown
✅ Define the number of Q&As to generate
✅ Set a Post On date
✅ For each Q&A:

  • Question: Write with AI or write manually

  • Answer: Write with AI or write manually
    ✅ Click Preview Q&As
    ✅ Review and click Approve to publish

Responding to reviews shows you value customer feedback and strengthens reputation. Best practice is to reply within 1–2 days.

To configure Auto Respond:
✅ Navigate to GBP Galactic > GBP Projects
✅ Click Reviews
✅ Click the gear icon next to Auto Respond
✅ Select your business from the dropdown
✅ Enable/disable replies to reviews older than X days
✅ Define tone of voice, length, and language
✅ Add exclusion terms
✅ Provide company info to guide AI replies
✅ Configure settings for each star rating (e.g., different replies for 1-star vs. 5-star)
✅ Click Update to save preferences

he Review Request feature makes it easy to collect feedback with a shareable QR code or link.
