OTTO and Search Atlas work best when integrated with your existing tools and team workflows. This section guides you through connecting to GSC/GBP, managing domains, user access, and transitioning projects between accounts.

How can I whiteโ€‘label OTTO?

OTTO Pixel is white-labeled by default โ€” no OTTO branding appears on your live site. With the Whitelabel Add-on, you can fully rebrand the Search Atlas platform to reflect your agencyโ€™s identity โ€” perfect for delivering a seamless client experience.

๐ŸŽจ Whitelabel capabilities:

  • Custom logo and favicon on all dashboard pages

  • Your own custom domain (e.g., seo.myagency.com)

  • Branded email notifications (e.g., reports, alerts, invites)

  • Secure client login with controlled, role-based access

โš™๏ธ How to set it up

Ensure the Whitelabel add-on is active on your plan.

1. Open the Whitelabel area

  1. Go to the top-right corner of the screen.

  2. Click the More Features (โ–ฆ) icon โ€” the 3ร—3 grid located to the left of the notification bell.

  3. A large overlay opens.

  4. Under the More Features section (top-left of the overlay), click Agency Whitelabel.

  5. This opens the Agency Hub module, landing on the Activate tab.

2. Upload your Agency Logo and Favicon

On the Activate tab:

  • The main card appears on the left side of the screen.

  • Scroll slightly if needed.

Inside STEP 1 โ€“ Provide a Custom URL and a Logo you will find:

Located inside a gray upload box just under the URL field.

  • This box includes text: โ€œDrop your image here, or click to browseโ€

  • Accepts PNG and JPG.

  • This updates the branding of your white-label dashboard.

๐Ÿ“ Favicon Upload

Also inside STEP 1, slightly below the Sign-Up and Sign-In logo boxes (in the Settings tab).

  • Appears as its own small upload tile.

  • This sets the browser tab icon for your whitelabel URL.

3. Customize your Subdomain

Still inside STEP 1 (Activate tab):

  • The Whitelabel Dashboard URL field is at the top of the card.

  • Enter your preferred subdomain:
    Example: dashboard.youragency.com

Then proceed to STEP 2 โ€“ Add a DNS Record to your Domain, where:

  • You see the Type, Value, and Subdomain values clearly listed.

  • This block is centered inside the card, with a brown-highlighted info box.

  • Follow the DNS instructions exactly as shown.

4. Customize Login View & Client Access Roles

Move to the Settings tab inside the Agency Hub:

This tab has two major vertical zones:

Left Column โ†’ Identity

Here you can:

  • Upload Agency Logo

  • Upload Sign-In Logo

  • Upload Sign-Up Logo

  • Upload Favicon

  • Set the Whitelabel Dashboard URL

  • Copy your Agency ID

These upload boxes appear stacked vertically, each with:

Right Column โ†’ Customer Settings

Scroll down to the bottom of the Settings tab:

  • Toggle Send emails to your customers

  • Toggle Show Orders page

  • Enable Show Pricing Page to Your Clients

  • Enter custom pricing for Starter, Growth, and Pro plans

  • Click Update Settings at the bottom-right corner

These settings control what clients see when they log in.

    Once you're on the Team Members screen:

    1. In the top-right corner, click + Add member

    2. Enter the userโ€™s email address

    3. Choose a role from the dropdown on the right side of the table:

      • Admin

      • Editor

      • Member (no billing) (Viewer-equivalent)

    4. Assign which projects the user can access (shown after sending the invite)
