If you’re currently on a free trial or an active subscription and want to cancel, you can do this directly from your Search Atlas dashboard.
Once cancelled, your account will not be charged, and you’ll continue to have access until the end of your trial or billing period.

Click your avatar profile icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
Step 2
Select Billing from the menu.
Step 3
Open the Services tab.
Step 4
Locate your active service.
Step 5
In the Action column, click the three vertical dots (⋮).
Step 6
Select Cancel.
Step 7
Confirm the cancellation when prompted.

Your subscription will be scheduled for cancellation
No charges will be applied after your trial or billing period
Your access remains active until the end of the current cycle
You may see a status such as Pending Cancellation, which is expected
If you’ve already completed the cancellation steps and see a pending cancellation status, no further action is required.
Your account will not be charged after the trial or billing period ends.
