πŸ’³ The New Search Atlas Billing Dashboard β€” Complete Overview

Understand your plan, quotas, services, and billing activity from a single control center.

Updated yesterday

The new Search Atlas Billing Dashboard has been redesigned to give teams full clarity and control over their subscription, usage limits, add-ons, and billing history, all in one place.

This dashboard removes ambiguity around quotas, renewals, and services by making every component of your plan visible, actionable, and auditable.

🧭 How to Access the Billing Dashboard

From anywhere in Search Atlas:

β†’ Click your avatar (πŸ‘€)
β†’ Select Billing

You’ll land on the Billing area with four primary sections:

  • Plans & Top-ups

  • Services

  • Invoices

  • Activity Log

Each section serves a distinct operational purpose, explained below.

πŸ“¦ Plans & Top-ups β€” Your Subscription Control Center

This is the primary overview of your active plan and recurring quotas.

What you’ll see here:

  • Current plan name and billing frequency

  • Total monthly cost

  • Primary actions:

    • πŸ”„ Manage Subscription

    • πŸ” Change Plan

    • πŸ’³ Add Payment Method

πŸ“Œ Important behavior:

Canceling a plan does not immediately deactivate services. Your account remains active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which access and services are disabled.

πŸ” Quota Reset Logic (Important)

At the bottom of the Plans & Top-ups view, you’ll see a system notice indicating that:

πŸ•’ All recurring quotas reset automatically on your next billing date.

This applies only to recurring quotas.

Non-recurring credits remain unchanged unless manually topped up.

When this add-on is active, you gain access to OTTO’s full Google Ads automation layer.

This add-on is required to activate and maintain Google Ads campaign capacity inside Search Atlas.

β€’ Roll over until fully used
β€’ No automatic renewal

Each Top-up modal clearly indicates whether the purchase is recurring or one-time.

βœ… When Should You Use Top-ups vs Upgrading Plans?

Use Top-ups if:

β€’ You need targeted increases for specific tools
β€’ Your team temporarily exceeds plan limits

Upgrade your Plan if:

β€’ You consistently exceed multiple quotas
β€’ You need higher baseline limits across the platform

The new Search Atlas Billing Dashboard is designed to:

  • Eliminate ambiguity around limits and usage

  • Make quotas transparent and self-explanatory

  • Separate plan management from operational execution

  • Support teams, agencies, and enterprises at scale

By centralizing plans, quotas, services, invoices, and activity logs, Search Atlas ensures billing is no longer a blind spot β€” but a fully visible, controllable system.
