  4. Select the plan you want and confirm the upgrade.

Billing Cycle Impacts for Upgrades

  • Upgrading your plan resets your billing cycle, assigning a new renewal date based on the date of your upgrade.

  • Prorated charges may apply for the remaining duration of your current billing cycle, ensuring a seamless transition to the new plan.

Aligning Renewal Dates

  • Upgrades do not synchronize renewal automatically to a specific preferred date. You may request a billing adjustment or upgrade strategically to align with your desired renewal timing.ons.

Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle.

  2. Select Billing from the dropdown.

3. Click Change Plan.

πŸ‘₯ How to Add Team Seats?

To Add Members

  1. Click your avatar (πŸ‘€) β†’ Settings β†’ Team Members.

  2. Click + Add Member.

  3. Enter the team member’s email.

  4. Choose the role (Member or Admin).

  5. Save.

Purchase Additional Seats (Top Up)


If you have already consumed all the user seats included in your current plan, go to Billing β†’ Team Members β†’ Top Up to purchase additional seats.

IMPORTANT!

User seats purchased via Top Up are billed monthly. Each seat allows one additional team member to access your account. The cost is $35 USD per seat, per month.

πŸ’³ How to Update Your Payment Method?

Use this to add a new credit card or replace an expired one.

Steps

  1. Click your avatar (πŸ‘€) β†’ Billing.

  2. Find the Payment Method area on the right side.

  3. Click Add Payment Method or Edit.

  4. Enter your card details and save.

The new card is used for all future renewals.

🧾 How to View or Download Your Invoices?

You can access your invoice history directly in your Billing panel.

Steps

  2. Select the Invoices tab.

  3. Click Download under the column Actions for any invoice you need.

If there are no invoices listed, it means no processed charges yet.

πŸ“¦ How to Purchase Additional Quotas (Top-Ups)?

Top-ups activate instantly and can be purchased at any time.

Steps

  1. Click your avatar (πŸ‘€) β†’ Billing.

  2. Scroll to the Quotas section.

  3. Click Top Up on the quota you want.

  4. Select the amount and confirm payment.

πŸ›‘ How to Cancel Your Subscription?

You can cancel at any time. Your account remains active until the current billing period ends.

  2. Select Services.

  3. Click the three vertical dots right below the Action column.

  4. Click Cancel

  5. Click Confirm
