Billing Cycle Impacts for Upgrades
Upgrading your plan resets your billing cycle, assigning a new renewal date based on the date of your upgrade.
Prorated charges may apply for the remaining duration of your current billing cycle, ensuring a seamless transition to the new plan.

Click your avatar (π€) β Settings β Team Members.
Click + Add Member.
Enter the team memberβs email.
Choose the role (Member or Admin).
Save.
Purchase Additional Seats (Top Up)
If you have already consumed all the user seats included in your current plan, go to Billing β Team Members β Top Up to purchase additional seats.
IMPORTANT!
User seats purchased via Top Up are billed monthly. Each seat allows one additional team member to access your account. The cost is $35 USD per seat, per month.

Click Download under the column Actions for any invoice you need.
