If you’ve been directed to join Explore Training Calls but aren’t sure where to find it inside the Search Atlas dashboard, this guide shows the exact location and path to access it.
This option is available from the main dashboard and opens the page where you can view and join live training sessions.

Explore Training Calls is NOT in the left sidebar.
It is located inside the top-right dropdown menu of the dashboard.
👁️ Visual Path (From What You See on Screen)
Step 1 — Go to the top-right corner
While on the main dashboard, look at the top-right area of the screen.
You will see:
A bell icon (notifications)
Your profile / account name
A square menu icon (grid-style icon with rounded corners)
👉 This square menu icon is the one you need.
Step 2 — Click the square menu icon
Click the square icon next to your profile name.
This opens a dark dropdown panel titled with sections like:

Step 3 — Look under the “Help” section
Inside the dropdown panel, scroll slightly downward to the Help section.
You will see an option labeled:

It includes:
A small icon to the left
A short description underneath mentioning training calls and workshops
Step 4 — Click “Explore Training Calls”
Clicking this option opens a new page where you can:
View upcoming live onboarding sessions
Register for training calls
Join scheduled workshops

No. These are live group training sessions, which are available when 1:1 onboarding slots are full.
❓ Do I need special access to join training calls?
No. Training calls are available to all users.
