What Are Local SERPs?
Local SERPs lets you see exactly how Google displays local search results for any keyword in any location. Unlike heatmaps (which show ranking across a geographic grid), Local SERPs shows you the actual search results page β including the Local Pack, organic listings, and featured snippets.
How to Use Local SERPs
In the left sidebar, go to GBP Projects
Select your GBP project
Click Local SERPS in the project menu
Enter a keyword (e.g., "plumber near me")
Define the search location (city, zip code, or address)
Click Search to see the results
Quota Usage
Local SERP searches consume Local SEO Points from your plan quota.
Each search uses 1 Local SEO Point
Check your remaining points: click your profile icon (top-right) > Billing > look for "Local SEO Points"
Points reset monthly on your billing anniversary date
What You Can See
Local Pack (Map Pack): The top 3 businesses Google shows in the map section
Organic Results: Standard blue-link results below the map
Your Position: Where your business ranks for that keyword in that location
