  2. Select Your Screen Area (if prompted): You might need to select which screen or window to record, then click "Share."

Step 5: Record Your Video

  1. Countdown Timer: Loom will display a 3-second countdown before recording starts. Use this time to get ready.

  3. Pause or Restart: If necessary, use the Loom toolbar to pause, restart, or cancel the recording.

Step 6: Stop Recording

  1. Finish the Recording: Click the green checkmark or the Loom icon to stop recording when you’re done.

  2. Preview Your Video: Your video will automatically upload to Loom’s cloud storage and open in a new tab for review.

Step 7: Edit and Share Your Video

  1. Trim or Edit: Use Loom’s simple editing tools to trim any unnecessary parts from the beginning, middle, or end of your video.

  2. Copy the Link: Copy the shareable link or customize privacy settings to control who can view your video.

  3. Share: Paste the link in an email, chat, or any other platform where you want to share the video.

Step 8: Manage Your Video

  1. Title Your Video: Give your video a clear title for easy identification.

  2. Organize: Move the video to a folder within Loom if you want to keep your recordings organized.

That’s it! You’ve successfully recorded, edited, and shared a video using Loom. Let me know if you need more assistance with any of these steps!
