Users can:
Unselect a project
Switch between Auto Projects or GPP Projects
Update pre-filled data accordingly
This can be done without restarting the press release creation process.
To speed up press release creation and maintain consistency, Search Atlas allows you to pre-fill content using existing Knowledge Graph data linked to your projects.
When you select an Auto Project or GPP Project during creation, relevant entity information, such as descriptions or images, can be automatically applied to your press release. This reduces repetitive data entry and helps ensure brand details remain consistent across distributions.
The Knowledge Graph integration is designed as a time-saving enhancement, giving you a strong starting point while still allowing you to customize each press release as needed. Any edits made during creation apply only to the press release itself, keeping your core Knowledge Graph data intact.
