📝 Note: To use these workflows and generate AI content, first create a Settings Folder.

Use Populate with AI in folder settings to auto-fill brand context from your domain (Business Purpose, Audience, Niche/Industry, Company Background, Tone of Voice). This reduces setup to seconds and aligns briefs to your brand.

Set Location once (country/state/city/county) in folder settings; it applies to every prompt and keyword inside that folder automatically.

[V3] The folder list is now alphabetical, making it faster to navigate large libraries.

If you are a local business, specify micro-location. The tool will analyze competitors' ranking in that specific area for your target keywords and give content suggestions. Supports targeting by country, state, city, or county.

How it works

The tool searches for your target keyword in Google, performs competitor analysis on the top 20 ranking pages, and returns metrics (DR, Content Score, Schema, internal/external links, H1/H2/H3, word count) and a Relevant Terms (NLP entities) grid to guide optimization.

Content Genius now supports multiple ways to publish your content:

Use the official SearchAtlas WordPress Plugin to synchronize articles and push them live to your WordPress site. Functionality remains unchanged, but the sync UI has been updated with a cleaner design.

For Shopify users, install the SearchAtlas Shopify Plugin to publish directly from Content Genius to your store. The plugin continues to function as before.

For any CMS that does not have a dedicated plugin, you can publish using server-side credentials (username, password, API key).

We now offer dedicated plugins for additional platforms, including:

The new CMS sync design also introduces a scheduling feature (currently in development). This will allow you to set a publish date and time directly inside Content Genius.
