Wait a few seconds until your new article appears in the article list below.In the table of articles, click the title of the article you just generated to open it in the Content Genius editor.
Inside the editor, locate the green Write with AI button in the top toolbar (next to AI Image Creator) and click it to open the Article Generation drawer on the right.
In the Article Generation drawer, select the content type you want to generate (for example: Complete SEO Article, Local SEO Landing Page, or Blog Post, depending on what is available in your account).
Enter or refine the main topic or target keyword for the article in the Topic/Keyword field so the AI understands exactly what to write about.
Select the correct AI folder or project configuration from the Folder dropdown (this applies the pre-saved settings you created earlier for this site or client).
Click Build with AI to generate a detailed content outline based on your topic, folder settings, and content type.
When the outline appears, review each section and heading.
– Add new sections if you see gaps.
– Rename or delete any headings that don’t match your intent or local service.Once you are happy with the outline, continue with your next step in the workflow (for example, generating the full article from the outline or editing sections manually).

Open any article inside Content Genius
Sync it with your connected CMS (WordPress, Wix, HubSpot, Webflow, etc.)
Choose “Schedule for Later”
Select a future date and time

Scheduling happens using your device’s local time zone, making timing intuitive and predictable.

Path:
Content → Content Genius → Create or Open an article → Click Synchronization → Select CMS → Publish Mode → Schedule for Later → Schedule Blog Post
Once you select your CMS from the Sync dropdown, you’ll see three publishing options:
Save as Draft

Schedule for Later ← new
Selecting Schedule for Later expands two required fields:
Schedule Date (must be today or any future date)
Schedule Time (future time only)
Past dates or past times cannot be selected — this ensures valid scheduling.

Open any article inside Content Genius.
Click the Synchronization dropdown at the top.
Select your connected CMS (WordPress, Wix, Shopify, HubSpot, etc.).
Choose Schedule for Later under Publish Mode.
Select a future publish date from the calendar.
Select a future publish time (AM/PM).
Time is based on your computer’s local time.
Click Schedule Blog Post.
You will see a confirmation message such as:
Success — Publishing scheduled successfully.
Your article will automatically publish at the date/time you set.

You must choose a future date and time; past timestamps are blocked.
Publishing is executed in the local time zone of the user’s machine.
Once scheduled, the post will be pushed to your CMS automatically — no further action required.

Content Genius confirms the schedule.
