The Campaigns feature is where you begin your outreach process.
Create a new campaign to get started.
Find potential prospects in two ways:
Keyword search (up to 5 keywords per campaign).
Upload a CSV file.
Apply filters like TLD, DR, and traffic to refine results.
Select a sender email address and add a template.
Add a new template or select an existing one.
Run the campaign — the tool finds relevant sites along with publisher contact details.
Once the campaign is running:
Opportunities found by DRP appear under Campaigns.
Review opportunities individually and add suitable sites to the Ready for Outreach list.

✉️ Send emails manually if needed.
Sites in the Outreach list are ready for automated emailing.

To send and receive outreach emails, you’ll need to connect your Gmail account.
⚠️ Important: Only Gmail accounts are supported.

Go to myaccount.google.com.
Navigate to Security.
Under “How you sign in to Google,” turn on 2-Step Verification.
Create an App Password
Go to Google App Passwords.
Enter a name (e.g., “Search Atlas”).
Click Create and save the generated password securely.
Configure IMAP access
Go to Gmail Settings.
Click See all settings > Forwarding and POP/IMAP.
Under IMAP access, enable: Auto-Expunge on – Immediately update the server (default).

From your dashboard, go to Authority Building > Campaigns.
Click Manage connected emails > + Add new email.
Select Configure SMTP/IMAP.
Enter:
Email: Your Gmail account.
Password: The App Password from Google.
Leave SMTP/IMAP server fields as they are.
Click Connect.
✅ Your Gmail is now ready to send and receive outreach emails.
