Campaigns

DRP is an outreach tool that helps businesses and users connect with publishers to satisfy link-building requirements. This tool helps streamline link prospecting, campaign management, and outreach.

Inbox

The Inbox feature allows you to manage replies from publishers, with the option to sort conversations using filters like Campaign, Status, and Milestones. You can respond to messages directly from this tab and enhance your understanding by setting milestones for each conversation, such as Idle, Negotiation, Won, or Lost, to track the progress of each interaction.

Templates

The Template feature allows you to save your own templates or use pre-defined ones that we’ve created based on campaign type. You can easily manage your templates by adding new ones or deleting those you no longer need, giving you flexibility and efficiency in managing your communications.

Flow:

Step 1: Users need to create a new campaign first to get started.

Step 2: There are two ways users can find potential prospects.

2.1: List of keywords (5 keywords allowed per campaign)

2.2: Users can upload CSV file.

2.3: Filters like TLD, DR, Traffic etc can be applied to get sites as per requirements.

Step 3: Users need to select an email address as a sender and add a template.

Step 4: Users can add a fresh template or select an existing one. (We have created some templates that users can use. You can see the templates here.)

Step 5: Run the campaign and then our tool will find relevant sites along with the contact details of publishers.
