White Label FAQs

  1. Is there an extra cost for White Labeling my dashboard?
    No, all PRO users can setup their Agency’s White Label dashboard at no extra cost.

  2. What do I need to White Label my dashboard?

    1. A Search Atlas PRO subscription

    2. Access to the DNS Record to your domain

    3. Your Agency Logo, Sign in Logo, Sign up Logo and Favicon
      You can find detailed instructions in Agency Hub under Agency Settings


  3. Why can’t I reach out to support using the Live Chat?
    The Live Chat is disabled for White Labeled dashboards. To use it, sign in to Search Atlas from https://dashboard.searchatlas.com/

  4. Will my clients have access to Search Atlas support?
    When the dashboard is whitelabeled, we remove all reference to Search Atlas, including the options to contact technical support. As the agency owner, you can contact us.

  5. What is the difference between a child account, a team member, and referral?
    Child account: It’s an Agency’s customer, they have their own dashboard whitelabeled with the Agency’s information. Team member: Included with the
    Search Atlas subscription, they all share the same dashboard and quotas. Referral: It’s a separate subscription. We charge the Referral and give a 30% commission to the first promotor.

  6. Is there a limit to the amount of Agency Starter customers I can have?
    No, you can invite as many customer as you need.

  7. Will you charge my clients for me and give me a commission?

    No, we only give commissions for referrals. Search Atlas Affiliate program offers a 30% recurring commission for the lifespan of any active account you refer! You can check this from the “Affiliate Link” tab in the Agency Hub.


    All the users added through the “Customers” Tab will count as child accounts. If you set their Plan to “Agency Starter”, they will have a free account with limited quotas. If you select a different Plan for them, we will charge you 70% of the subscription listing price (added to your monthly invoice). The pricing you want to charge to your customer it’s up to you, we won’t take any payment from them.

  8. I am facing SSL certificate error
    You must have a valid SSL certificate to access the whitelabel URL without any issues. The added subdomain must have a valid SSL certificate that covers
    subdomains. However, you can always bypass the error and Login

  9. Can I login on SearchAtlas domain after I whitelabled my account?
    Yes, you can always access the regular searchable domain

  10. How can I install SSL?
    You need to go to Admin section of your Hosting provider and find SSL. Ther will be a section to install SSL certificate. It may ask you to select the domain/subdomain

  11. Can the child account see Pricing and Order Builder?
    If the child account is set as 'Admin', they can view everything other than that parent account can select what the child account can see

Setup Guide

Step 1: Configure and Test the Widget

  • Enter Placeholder/Button Text: Customize the placeholder text to guide users (e.g., “Enter a website URL”).

  • Button Text: Set the button text to something engaging, like "Analyze My Site."

  • Background and Font Color: Adjust colors to match your agency’s branding.

  • Preview the Widget: A preview is provided so you can see exactly how it will look on your site.

Step 2: Install the Widget

  • Copy the Code Snippet: Use the “Copy Snippet to Clipboard” button to copy the HTML code.

  • Paste into Your Website: Insert the code into your website’s HTML, wherever you want the form to appear.

  • Lead Capture Automation: Once embedded, the widget will capture leads automatically as users enter their site URLs.

Step 3: Add Custom HTML (Optional)

  • Enhance the Report with Additional Information: Use this feature to add contact information, a calendar booking link, or a booking form. This customization will appear on the final report that users see after running their site analysis.

    • Top/Bottom of Report: Choose to add HTML either at the beginning or end of the report, ensuring your most important information is visible.

    • Suggested Use: Adding a calendar booking form or link is highly recommended. This allows leads to easily schedule meetings with your agency, helping you convert traffic into valuable consultations and engagements.


Best Practices

  • Use a Clear Call to Action: Customize the button text and placeholder to encourage users to input their website and engage with the tool.

  • Add a Calendar Link: Including a link to your agency’s booking calendar in the custom HTML is a great way to streamline lead engagement, making it easy for users to book meetings right after receiving their report.

Q: What if I don’t have a booking calendar?

  • You can still use the custom HTML option to include contact information, such as your agency’s phone number, email, or a link to a contact form.

Q: Can I change OTTO's name?

  • Yes, go to your Agency settings, scroll to the Customer settings and type the name you want to replace OTTO with.
