✉️ Digital PR

Overview & Functionality of the Digital PR Tool.

Updated over a week ago

The Digital PR (DRP) tool in Search Atlas is designed to help businesses streamline their outreach and link-building campaigns. By connecting you directly with publishers, DRP makes it easier to find high-quality link opportunities, manage campaigns, and track conversations—all in one place.

Whether you’re handling client projects or managing in-house SEO, the tool ensures you can run outreach at scale without losing track of communications or campaign performance.

🚀 Campaigns

The Campaigns feature is where you begin your outreach process.

  1. Create a new campaign to get started.

  2. Find potential prospects in two ways:

    • Keyword search (up to 5 keywords per campaign).

    • Upload a CSV file.

    • Apply filters like TLD, DR, and traffic to refine results.

  3. Select a sender email address and add a template.

  4. Add a new template or select an existing one.

  5. Run the campaign — the tool finds relevant sites along with publisher contact details.

Once the campaign is running:

  • Opportunities found by DRP appear under Campaigns.

  • Review opportunities individually and add suitable sites to the Ready for Outreach list.

    • ❌ Delete unsuitable prospects.

    • ❌ Delete irrelevant contacts.

    • ✉️ Send emails manually if needed.

  • Sites in the Outreach list are ready for automated emailing.

📬 Inbox

The Inbox feature helps you stay on top of publisher replies:

  1. Manage replies directly in one tab.

  2. Sort conversations using filters like Campaign, Status, or Milestones.

  3. Reply to messages without leaving the tool.

  4. Track progress with milestones: Idle, Negotiation, Won, or Lost.

📝 Templates

The Templates feature improves efficiency:

  1. Save frequently used outreach templates.

  2. Add new templates or delete old ones anytime.

  3. Select templates while running campaigns to streamline outreach.
