💡 What “pending” payment means
A pending payment is a publication payment that has not yet been released. Payments may remain pending while the publication is verified, order requirements are reviewed, or payout details are confirmed.
⏳ Common reasons for a payout hold
- The publication has not yet been confirmed as completed.
- The submitted URL or placement does not meet the order requirements.
- The publisher account or payout information needs verification.
- The payment is still within the platform’s processing period.
- A review is needed because the order, publication, or payment details do not match.
🔍 Check your payment status
- Sign in to the Search Atlas platform.
- Open the publisher or payments area.
- Find the relevant publication order.
- Review its status, payment details, and any available notes or required actions.
- Complete any requested verification or correction, then allow the status to update.
🛠️ How to help release a pending payment
Confirm that the publication is live, the submitted URL is correct, and all order requirements were met. Check that your payout details are accurate and that any requested account verification is complete. Avoid submitting duplicate requests, as this can delay review.
Payment release depends on the order status and required checks. A pending status does not guarantee an immediate payout, and payments cannot be released until applicable reviews are complete.
📌 When to request a status review
Request a review when the publication is complete, the order requirements were met, your payout details are correct, and the payment remains pending beyond the stated processing period. Include the order or publication details and explain what has already been completed.
