💰 Publisher Payout Timing and Site Review

Last updated on Oct 29, 2026

🔐 How often you complete verification

You normally complete publisher verification once for your account. That check confirms who you are, how you get paid, and that you control the sites you submit. You do not need to repeat the full verification for every payout or every new site.

We ask you to verify again only when something important changes or when a review cannot be completed with the details already on file. Common reasons include:

  • You update your legal name, business details, tax information, or payout method.
  • A document expires or the information no longer matches your account.
  • You add a site and we need fresh proof that you own it.
  • A payment or site review finds a mismatch, duplicate account, or unusual activity.

If the platform shows verification as complete, do not start it again unless you are prompted. Extra submissions can slow review instead of speeding up payment.

📅 Why payouts are not immediate

Meeting the program requirements makes a site eligible for review. It does not release a payment on the same day. Approved earnings move through a payout cycle that includes site checks, earnings confirmation, and payment processing.

A payout can take longer when any of these are still open:

  • Verification, ownership proof, or payout details are incomplete or recently changed.
  • Earnings are still inside the current reporting period and have not been finalized.
  • The site is in a manual quality review.
  • The payout amount is below the minimum shown in your account.
  • The payment provider returns or delays the transfer.

Check the payout status in your publisher account before assuming a payment failed. Status labels such as pending, in review, or processing mean the payout is still moving through the cycle.

📊 Why a site can be flagged after approval

Approval is based on the site at the time we review it. We continue to review active sites, so a property that previously met the requirements can later be paused or flagged.

A later flag does not always mean your original submission was wrong. Domain Authority, traffic, content, and ownership can change. Typical reasons include:

  • Low Domain Authority or weak quality signals after the site loses links, traffic, or publishing activity.
  • Thin, duplicated, expired, or policy-breaking content added after approval.
  • Ownership, access, or placement requirements that are no longer met.
  • Unusual traffic patterns or placement that does not match the program rules.

A flag can hold new earnings or delay a payout until the site passes review again. Restoring the site to the current requirements, then checking the status in your account, is the right next step. Older approval does not lock in eligibility forever.

✅ What to do before contacting support

  1. Confirm verification shows complete and your payout details match your bank or payment provider.
  2. Open the payout view and note the status, period, and amount.
  3. Open each flagged site and read the exact reason shown.
  4. Correct ownership proof, content, placement, or quality issues, then allow the next review cycle to finish.
  5. Avoid submitting duplicate verification or the same site again unless the product asks you to.

If the status has not changed after the stated review window, contact support with the site, payout period, and status you see. Do not send identity documents in chat unless a teammate requests them through the platform.
