🏢 Brand Vaults: Creating and Managing Multiple Brand Intelligence Profiles

Centralize, generate, and manage multiple AI-ready brand foundations inside Search Atlas.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Brand Vaults allow you to create, manage, and scale multiple brand intelligence profiles from a single workspace. Whether you're running multiple client domains or managing different business entities, this is where every brand begins.

Instead of thinking in terms of “projects,” Brand Vaults function as independent brand engines, each with its own structured data, AI configuration, and optimization layer.

📍 Where to Access Brand Vaults (Navigation Path)

Inside the Search Atlas dashboard:

Top-right corner → Apps icon (4-square grid icon) → Brand Vault

You will land on the Brand Vaults dashboard, where all existing vaults are displayed.

📁 Brand Vaults Dashboard Overview

This is the management layer, not the editing layer.

Here you can:

  • View all Brand Vaults in Tile or List view

  • See Active vs Archived vaults

  • Search by brand name or domain

  • Filter vaults

  • Create a new Brand Vault

  • Archive existing ones

Each vault card includes:

  • Brand Name

  • Domain

  • Status (Active)

  • Section indicators (Business Info, Brand Voice, Locations, Knowledge Graph, Style Guide, Content Rules)

  • “Open Vault” button

  • Three-dot menu (Archive option)

This dashboard is your multi-brand control center.

➕ How to Create a New Brand Vault

Click “Create Brand Vault” (top-right).

A modal appears with two required fields:

  • Brand Name

  • Website URL

When you click “Create & Start Processing”, Search Atlas will:

  1. Crawl the provided domain

  2. Extract business-relevant data

  3. Automatically populate foundational Brand Vault sections

  4. Generate an initial structured entity profile

This auto-scan significantly reduces manual setup time.

You are not starting from zero, the system builds the first intelligence layer for you.

🔍 What Happens After Creation?

Once processing completes:

  • The vault appears in your dashboard as Active

  • Section indicators will reflect detected data

  • You can click “Open Vault” to enter the configuration environment

🔓 What Does “Open Vault” Do?

Clicking Open Vault takes you inside the individual Brand Vault configuration layer.

Inside a vault, you will see:

  • Vault

  • Business Information

  • Locations

  • Content

  • Knowledge Graph

  • Style Guide

This is where editing, refinement, and optimization occur.

The dashboard creates vaults.
The internal view configures them.

🗄️ Archiving a Brand Vault

From the three-dot menu on any vault card, you can select:

Archive Brand Vault

Archiving:

  • Removes it from the active list

  • Preserves all data

  • Does not delete the vault permanently

  • Allows later recovery from “View Archived”

This is useful for:

  • Client churn

  • Brand consolidation

  • Paused campaigns

  • Internal testing environments

🧠 Understanding the Architecture

Think of it like this:

Workspace
→ Brand Vaults (multiple brands)
→ Individual Vault
→ Structured AI + SEO configuration

Each vault is independent.

AI agents, automation systems, schema generation, and content rules operate within the boundaries of a specific vault.

This ensures:

  • Data isolation

  • Brand consistency

  • Scalable multi-client management

  • Clean automation logic

🎯 When Should You Create Multiple Brand Vaults?

Create separate vaults when:

  • Managing multiple client domains

  • Handling multi-location brands with distinct identities

  • Running separate product lines

  • Segmenting agencies under white-label structures

  • Operating different business entities

Do not merge distinct brands into one vault.

Each vault should represent one coherent brand identity.

Brand Vaults are more than containers, they are structured intelligence environments. Every automation, AI suggestion, schema layer, and optimization decision begins here. By separating brands at the vault level, you preserve clarity, protect data integrity, and enable scalable growth across clients, campaigns, and domains. As your agency expands, your Brand Vault architecture becomes the foundation that keeps everything aligned, automated, and intelligently connected.
