💬 Why a conversation may look unanswered
Support replies appear in the same live chat conversation where you sent your original message. A conversation can look unanswered if a follow-up was started in a new chat instead of the existing one. Closing the chat or refreshing the page does not remove the reply.
🔍 Check the original conversation first
Before opening a new request, return to the conversation that already has your issue. Look for conversation #235248 or the number shown in your chat history.
- Open the platform and select the chat widget in the bottom-right corner.
- Open the live chat widget and continue your latest conversation, which is the thread that matches your most recent messages.
- Scroll through the full thread to confirm whether a reply was added after your last message.
- Stay in that same conversation if you still need help.
📝 Send a clear follow-up message
If there is no reply, send one new message in the existing conversation. Include only the details needed to continue the case:
- The conversation number, such as #235248
- A short restatement of the issue
- The page, project, or feature involved
- What you already tried
- Any change since your last message
A useful follow-up is: Following up on conversation #235248. I still need help with this issue and have not seen a reply. Here is the current status.
⚙️ Avoid starting a duplicate chat
A new conversation can separate your update from the original context. Keep all follow-ups in the same thread unless the chat widget no longer lets you send a message there. If you must start a new chat, include the earlier conversation number in the first sentence.
🚀 What happens after you send it
Your follow-up stays attached to the existing request, so the support team can review the earlier messages and continue from the latest update. You do not need to resend screenshots or repeat the full history unless something has changed.
If you need further assistance, open the chat widget in the bottom-right corner of the platform and send your message. A member of our support team will reply in the chat.
