💳 What the $180 payment request means
A $180 payment request is a billing item on your Search Atlas account. It can be a subscription charge, an add-on, a plan change, or an unpaid invoice. Clearing it means the balance is paid or our billing team removes or adjusts the request after review. You cannot delete a valid charge from the invoice list yourself.
🔍 Check the charge before you pay
Open your account billing area and review the request so you know exactly what you are clearing.
- Sign in to Search Atlas.
- Open Billing or Subscription from your account menu.
- Find the open item for $180.
- Note the date, plan or product name, and status (due, failed, or pending).
- Compare it with your current plan and any recent upgrades.
If the description matches your plan, pay it with the steps below. If the amount or product looks wrong, do not ignore it. Ask our team to review it before you pay.
✅ Pay the $180 request
Use these steps when the charge is correct and you want to clear it by payment.
- In Billing, open the unpaid $180 invoice or payment request.
- Confirm the payment method on file. Update the card if it is expired or was declined.
- Select Pay now or the equivalent pay action.
- Wait for a success message. Refresh the billing page if the status does not change right away.
- Download or save the receipt for your records.
A successful payment should move the request from due or failed to paid. Access that was limited because of an unpaid balance is usually restored after the payment is confirmed.
🛠️ If payment failed
A failed attempt leaves the $180 request open. Common causes are an expired card, insufficient funds, a bank decline, or a billing address that does not match the card.
- Update the card or billing address, then try Pay now again.
- Ask your bank to allow the charge, then retry.
- Do not submit the payment many times in a row. Wait for one attempt to finish.
💡 Ask us to clear or adjust the request
Contact our team when you were charged in error, you already paid, you cancelled before the billing date, or you need the $180 item removed. Have your account email, the invoice date, and a short reason ready. Our team can confirm whether the request can be cleared, credited, or left as a valid balance.
We cannot promise a refund or removal in this article. Each request is reviewed against your plan and payment history.
📊 After the request is cleared
- The billing page should show the item as paid, voided, or credited.
- Keep the receipt or confirmation.
- Check that your plan and renewal date look correct.
- If the same $180 item appears again, contact our team with the new date so we can trace it.
