📍 Overview
Local Citations use Hyper Drive credits. If your available balance is too low, add credits before placing a new citation order.
💳 Add credits for Local Citations
- Sign in to Search Atlas. Local Citations is managed from the Local menu (GBP Galactic), not from an individual project.
- Go to Local Citations.
- Open the Hyper Drive credit or balance option.
- Select Add Credits.
- Choose the credit amount you need and review the displayed price.
- Complete the checkout steps. Your updated balance should appear in Hyper Drive after the purchase is processed.
🧾 Use your credits
Return to Local Citations, choose the business and the data aggregators for a new submission, and review the order. The required Hyperdrive Credit total is shown before you continue, and again as Total amount in the Submit Business Info form. If your balance covers the order, click Confirm and Pay to submit it and start processing.
🔎 If your balance has not updated
- Check the Hyperdrive Credits balance in the header on the Local Citations page. It updates after the purchase is processed, so you do not need to refresh the page.
- Confirm that you are viewing the correct Search Atlas project and account.
- Review the order or payment status before trying to purchase credits again.
- Do not submit duplicate orders while a previous transaction is still processing.
